More people are asking. Are they ready to buy?
DemandGrade scores the buying intent in everything people type to you: searches, site searches, chats and form messages. One grade, every week, with what's driving it.

Buying
Volume doesn't tell you who's buying
Searches, chats and form fills can all climb while buyers quietly slip away. Each tool counts its own slice. None of them tell you who's ready to buy.
One intent scale for every channel
- Search Console
- Why they came. Every query graded, not just the ones you track.
- Site search
- What they dig into. From GA4 or your search tool.
- Chat
- What they ask right before they buy, or leave.
- Form messages
- Their own words when they raise a hand.

Brand, Buying and Evaluating count as high intent. Same rules on every channel, so the number means something.

What moved it
High intent rose to 41%, up 1 point. Chat and form messages drove it: more pricing and SSO questions, and more teams asking about switching from NetSuite. Learning searches kept sliding.

Can't my current tools do this?
Each one sees a slice. None of them grade it.
| Tool | What it gives you | What it misses |
|---|---|---|
| Semrush, Ahrefs | Intent labels on keywords you track | Your real queries. Anything after the click. |
| GA4, Algolia, Coveo | Raw site search terms | Intent. You read every row yourself. |
| Intercom, Qualified, Drift | Chat topics | What brought them in, and whether they're buyers. |
| HubSpot, Marketo | Form fills counted as leads | What the message actually says. |
| A spreadsheet and ChatGPT | A one-off sort | A grade you can track. Next week, and the week after. |
DemandGrade puts one intent scale on every channel and grades it weekly. You see whether your demand is getting better, or just bigger.

Questions
What does the grade actually measure?
The share of everything people type to you that comes from high intent, and which way it's moving. An A means mostly buyers, and rising. An F means mostly noise.
How do you decide what counts as high intent?
Your rules come first: brand terms, products, competitors. A model sorts the rest. You can see why anything landed where it did, and move it.
Can I use it now?
Not yet. It opens to a small first group, free for the whole beta. Sign up and we'll email you about timing.
What happens to my data?
We only ask for read-only access, and only once you say so. Your data powers your reports and nothing else. We don't sell it or use it to train AI models.
